Proper law and place of jurisdiction
The courts at the place where the SFAA has its principal place of business, in Bülach ZH (Switzerland), shall have sole jurisdiction in all disputes between yourself, as visitor to and user of the SFAA website, and SFAA concerning the running of the SFAA website or your visit to the SFAA website. Only Swiss law shall apply.
